At spawn, on the server, is a new building I coined the EVO Administrative Building.  Inside, on the first floor, you will see a Projects bulletin board where you can either post things we need to accomplish on the server,  post projects you would like help with. or leave a message for someone.  Projects could be things like an enchanting room, roads, rails, etc.

On the second floor is a Mail Room.  This is where you can claim a mailbox (chest) by placing a sign on it with your name.  This mailbox is where you can either leave items for others or others can leave items for you.  If you want to leave a message, you can use a book and quill to do that, or you can post a sign on the bulletin board below.

The third floor is where the server's Nether portal will be.  It has not been completed and is still a work-in-progress, so if anyone wants to help build it, you are welcome to do so.

I hope I haven't overstep my bounds by creating this.  I discussed it with +Rose Bard before I started.  I just wanted to create a communal place where we can share and collaborate with one another even if we cannot be on the server at the same time.
