1- I'm combing the community posts to see what I may have missed but more importantly to find the conversations that have useful information and discussions. I'm using Padlet to collect what I find here https://padlet.com/Maha4learning/EVOmc . I left open to allow for collaborative curation. So, please take a look at what I have so far and feel free to add to it. If you are not familiar with how it's done let me know and I can help.

2- When we are discussing a research or a paper that someone has shared, it can be very useful to be able to see, highlight and annotate the document in the same space and may be have a link here for anyone who wants to join the discussion. Want to swim and play with turtles :) . Update Aquatic is the upcoming 1.13 Minecraft update with new mobs, such as turtles, and lots of new things for the ocean bioms and some on land as well. Today I felt like changing my avatar skin to a tree :) so I went to this site tha I used before http://www.minecraftskins.com/ and created one and uploaded it from the site to Minecraft. As you can see it's a tree lol but also notice what I have on my head. Yes it's a sapling. How did I manage to wear a sapling?

/hat is a command that allows you to wear an item (not a weapon) that you are holding in your hand. So put something on your hot bar, scroll to it so that you have it in your hand then in chat put /hat and press enter, et voila :) One of the pictures shows me trying a bed as a hat and one as I carried a bucket full of water on my head lol

I went to one of the desert villages to trade with a librarian and a farmer today/this evening. To my utter delight the librarian upgraded and now sells an infinity enchantment book for the lowest prices I've seen of 10 emeralds. Woot :)

This evening I went exploring an area that appeared totally black on the online map.

This evening I went exploring an area that appeared totally black on the online map. This caused the map to update showing me new areas around the spot that I visited. Looking closely I could see a couple of natural villages. The farthest of the two looked so nice with it's red roofs so I decided to go there. I called it RedVillage , well at least when I set a home there to be able to go back easily. If you'd like to suggest another name with or without Red in it please do so. it's built on a Savannah biom and everything is built with Acacia wood.
The Villagers and their village need to be protected, so how about we agree what needs to be done and work on it together? The coordinates are -847.310, 63, -1361.714.
The first thing we need is to build a wall around it.. Do you think the wall should also be Red? Terracotta or something else? Dak gave me samples of different colors and blocks which I'll try next time I'm in-world.

Hi everyone. In-world I'm Olivetree_Gro and I'm another returning miner :) . So far I haven't blogged about Minecraft at all as I much prefer to talk about my experiences than write about them. but I'd like to at least try writing this time around, no promises though ;).
My time zone is GMT+2 or PST+10 and some days I can play both mornings and evenings, so if anyone needs help or company while exploring and mining please let me know.

I have a suggestion to make :) How about creating a google sheet (through google form may be) for all participants to add their information such as Avatar name, real name, where from or where they are in the world, what they do or who they teach for example. Then let everybody join with the Avatar name in here, if they choose to at least.

I think this is more immersive and also much less confusing. I found it hard to remember two names for each person :) (I'm already very bad at remembering names).

I for one would love to bring my Olive in here..

I tried to log in several times today but the game crashed every time.

I tried to log in several times today but the game crashed every time. I can lgo in and play wow smoothly which means it's not an issue with hardware of overheating. Does anyone have an idea of what may be the reason and what I can do. It's weird because I logged in fine yesterday.

The only thing that may be new is the grammarly chrome extension so, I'll disable it and try later.
