To take the Jungle Adventure yourself, go to EVOMC Admin Building in the center of our town (aka the Spawn building). On the second floor, there is a teleport pad (set by Linda) that takes you right to the beginning of the journey. Read MP's blogpost for more of the story and clues.

I found a much simpler way to connect Scratch to Minecraft. Still based on Scriptcraft, it only needs now Node.js and a small script to transfer commands from Scratch to Minecraft server.
